Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We are committed to honoring these requests promptly.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Your account information (name, email, authentication credentials)
All AI analysis sessions and their associated content
Usage history and preferences
Any feedback or communications you've submitted
Cookies associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained?

For legal and operational reasons, we may retain certain information:

Transaction records required by law (e.g., tax purposes)
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you
Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service
Data in backup systems (automatically purged within 30 days)

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to us with the following information:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Your registered email address
Confirmation: "I request deletion of all my personal data"
(Optional) Reason for deletion

What Happens Next?

Step 1: Verification (Within 24 hours)

We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. We may ask you to confirm details about your account.

Step 2: Processing (1-3 business days)

Once verified, we will begin the deletion process. Your account will be immediately deactivated, and you will no longer be able to log in.

Step 3: Confirmation (Within 5 business days)

We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup systems will automatically purge the data within 30 days.

Important: Data Deletion is Permanent

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to:

All saved analysis sessions
Your account and preferences
Any in-progress work

Alternative Options

If you're not ready for permanent deletion, consider these alternatives:

Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account without deleting data
Session Deletion: Delete individual AI sessions while keeping your account
Data Export: Download your data before deletion (contact us for assistance)
